Ms. Ma holds a bachelor’s degree in building engineering from Concordia University and joined TMA while still a student in 2002. Celina has recently received her license as a professional engineer from the Order of Engineers of Quebec and is a member of the Association of Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACE). Celina is fluent in English, French, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Ms. Ma is a key member of our consulting team, has worked on large complex assignments where she has dealt directly with the client and has authored portions of our expert reports in the areas of delay analysis, productivity analysis and the analysis of changes on construction projects. Celina also played a key role on a major assignment were TMA eveloped and implemented a tracking system for the control of labour productivity on a large industrial project in the U.S.

Ms. Ma has considerable experience in the use of specialized software including Primavera, MS Project, Summation, and Expedition.
