Mr. Bozet is a mechanical engineer who graduated from École Polytechnique of Montréal in 2003. He also obtained in 2007 a graduate diploma in management at HEC Montréal. In 2004, he started his engineering career as a project manager with a quantity surveyors firm where he dealt with lenders, owners and general contractors on more than 20 projects from 3 to 60 millions dollars in value. He developed his skills in project cost estimating, budget validation and cost analysis.
In addition, Mr. Bozet was responsible for making recommendations to bankers and financial institutions for authorization of interim financing. In 2006, he is promoted to project director and handled over 40 projects in the province of Quebec. A year later, he decided to join Tardif, Murray and Associates, an independent firm providing consulting services to the construction industry and financial institutions.
Mr. Bozet is specialized in schedules analysis, development of as-built schedules from various project records, analysis of delay and impact claims, loss of productivity claims and quantification of damages. He also participates in the preparation of expert reports.
