
Her principal areas of responsibility included construction planning and scheduling, cost control, negotiation of changes to construction contracts and the preparation and negotiation of claims.
From 1984 to 1986, Ms. Tardif managed the construction of a $32 million tunnel project on the island of Montreal for a heavy construction company.
In 1987, Ms. Tardif joined Revay and Associates Limited where she applied her construction management experience to the resolution of construction disputes for both owners and contractors. In 1990, Ms. Tardif founded an independent consulting firm and has been offering planning, information management and claims services to the construction industry and financial institutions since that time.
Ms. Tardif has been recognized as an expert by the courts and by arbitration and mediation panels in both Canada and the United States in the areas of delay, productivity analysis, and quantification of damages. She has acted as a facilitator and mediator in the successful resolution of construction disputes.
Ms. Tardif has developed information management systems for complex projects, has monitored the completion of multimillion dollar projects on behalf of surety companies, and has prepared, analysed and negotiated the resolution of construction claims on building, industrial and heavy civil engineering projects. She has also developed an expertise in the area of information technology for the construction industry and she is familiar with the most current developments in this area including the Internet and Intranet based systems.
Ms. Tardif holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from McGill University in Montreal and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario. She has continued her training in the areas of partnering, value engineering, mediation and information management through seminars and training programs in Canada and the United States. Ms. Tardif is a frequent speaker at conferences, has published papers, and has developed and delivered training programs on related subjects in both English and French.

On later projects, he represented his firm in Egypt and coordinated all schedule monitoring and project handover aspects of the firm's mechanical turnkey projects. These projects included pumping stations and power generation and water treatment plants.
In 1990 and 1991, Mr. Abdelsayed monitored all project control activities for three multimillion dollar mechanical projects in Quebec for Procedair Industries Inc. He developed integrated time and cost control systems, detailed cash flow analyses and acceleration schedules.
Mr. Abdelsayed has been a member of the TMA core group since 1992 and has offered consulting services to the construction industry on project management, information management and claims related issues. During that time, he has played a lead role on a number of major assignments which included the preparation, analysis and defence of construction claims. He also provided assistance to our clients during negotiation and mediation processes for the settlement of construction claims. Mr. Abdelsayed has considerable expertise in the areas of delay analysis, productivity analysis and the analysis of the impact of changes on the execution of the work. He has extensive knowledge in the application of state-of-the-art project management and information management software. He has also acquired specific knowledge in the area of Internet based information technology for the construction industry.
Mr. Abdelsayed has testified as an expert witness on the subject of labour productivity analysis, schedule delay analysis and quantification of damages in Canada and in the United States. He has published papers and presented seminars on related topics.
Mr. Abdelsayed holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Diploma in Project Management from Ain Shams University, Cairo, and a Master's degree in Engineering in Project Management from Concordia University, Montreal. Mr. Abdelsayed is fluent in English, French and Arabic.



Ms. Ma is a key member of our consulting team, has worked on large complex assignments where she has dealt directly with the client and has authored portions of our expert reports in the areas of delay analysis, productivity analysis and the analysis of changes on construction projects. Ms. Ma also played a key role on a major assignment were TMA developed and implemented a tracking system for the control of labour productivity on a large industrial project in the U.S.
Ms. Ma has considerable experience in the use of specialized software including Primavera, MS Project, Summation, and Expedition. She is in process of obtaining a Master’s in Engineering Management from l’Université du Sherbrooke à Longueuil.

As well as functioning as our IT professional, Mr. Nesciorek works directly with our consultants and our clients on projects requiring sophisticated data analysis and intricate art work for use in reports and presentations. Mr. Nesciorek remains current in the use of a variety of specialized software tools in the areas of document management, media management, and database management.
Mr. Nesciorek has knowledge in programming using C++, Visual Basic, Visual Basic for applications, Cobol, JCL, Quick Basic, HTML, PERL, JAVA, DB2, Oracle, Pascal, SQL and has applied this knowledge in developing various tools and programs to serve the internal needs of TMA as well as the specific needs of our clients and their projects. Mr. Nesciorek brings his impressive technical knowledge, his strong analytical skills, a natural talent for training, and, most importantly, a great deal of patience, to his work. We have yet to find a problem that Mr. Nesciorek could not solve.

Mr. Lee joined TMA in 2006 and is playing a key role in providing technical assistance related to analysis of project records including analysis of schedules, cost and changes. He is proficient in the use of Summation for document management applications and the use of photograph management applications as well as in the use of Primavera and MS Project applications. He is also an important asset to meeting our IT needs.
Mr. Lee is fluent in both English and Korean and has taken additional courses in written and spoken English.

Prior to joining TMA, Ms. Zhou worked as an administrative assistant for 5 years. She joined TMA in 2003 and has been responsible for all administrative tasks in the firm. She also provides assistance to consultants in relation to various tasks associated with producing final work product.
Ms. Zhou has experience in the use of Microsoft Office software and Summation.
