  • Expertise regarding claims by a US based EPCM contractor for losses of profit resulting from the cancellation of a $220 Million contract for the construction of a solid waste disposal facility in Quebec.  Expertise included the analysis of estimates, budgets, actual costs incurred and analysis of baseline and acceleration schedules.

Major issues included labour availability, interference between contractors on a multi-contract project, late delivery of equipment, and design changes.
